NEAPOLITAN PIZZA

Our pizza’s are Authentic Neapolitan style and made with all-natural and fresh ingredients. From the highly refined Italian type 00 wheat flour, Neapolitan yeast (not dry yeast), water, and salt. The dough is topped with raw, puréed San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. Then topped with fior di latte made from cow’s milk, typically raised in the Campania and Lazio marshlands in Italy. Finally, Neapolitan pizza is topped off with fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil. We have chosen to bake in an electric oven using green energy suppliers rather than wood burners because of their negative impact on the environment.

All of our pizzas start as a Margherita and you then choose your toppings – whichever you want and as many as you want!
